Community Recognition Titles

Community recognition titles are awarded by a majority vote by the Q-PAH Management committee, the person who is offered this title is seen as an upstanding member of the pup and Handler community. 

  • Have been a part of the pup and Handler community as an outstanding member and role model for at least a minimum of 18 months and can demonstrate by their actions that they are considered by the committee an upstanding member of the Queensland pup and Handler community,
  • Must meet the expectations and Qualifications of the title for the 3 year period 
  • The person may step down from the tile after 12 months and any time after the three year period, the person can only be the current title holder of the 


Section 2: Qualifications Required to being Titled the Q-PAH Community Recognition Title 

  1. Must be twenty-one (21) years old;
  2. Must identify as a puppy or Trainer/Handler;
  3. Must be a member of Q-PAH and maintain their ordinary membership for the period of the title, Lapse in membership for more then 3 months results in title being ended.
  4. Must be in advance in membership by 12 months 
  5. May be of any gender or sexual orientation;
  6. Must be a resident of Australia and reside in the state of QLD and remain a resident of QLD or live 300KM from the Queensland Boarder;
  7. Must not be a current club Title Holder or committee or council member and is ineligible to being a committee or council member during their title period, 
  8. May be able to be a life member of the club, however must also hold a ordinary membership during the title period
  9. Must agree to represent their title, throughout their title period 
  10. Must sign the photographic release; and
  11. Read and agree to the terms of the statement of “What is Expected of the Community Recognition Title.”
  12. Q-PAH management committee may review these rules at any time, the community title holder can have their title ended by the committee for not following or meeting expectations or bring the club into distribute, Q-PAH Council has no involvement in this decision.


Section 3: What Is Expected of the Q-PAH Community Title Holders 

  • The foremost duty of the community Title holder(s) is to promote the goals and Objectives of the club – Queensland Pups and Handlers, Inc. of the Queensland Pup and Handler titles, the state PAH’s and its local sponsors in a positive light throughout the year. And to ensure that you promote a positive pup or handler image with in the broader community.
  • Additionally the community Title holder(s) is to assist in the promotion the goals of the Queensland Pup and Handler titles, the state PAH’s and its local sponsors in a positive light throughout the year. And to ensure that you promote a positive pup or handler image with in the broader community.
  • The club’s expectation is that during their title period, they will conduct themselves as positive role models. Flagrant violation of this expectation may result in forfeiture of their title.
  • The community title holder(s) cannot enter QPHC during their title year or 7 months after their title period has ended, however they can enter any other title that they feel fit and use their community title as a qualification. 
  • The community Title holder will be part of the QPHC production team 
  • The community title holder(s) are expected to participate in at least 40% of Q-PAH hosted events in their title period. Entering or attending APHC counts towards 10% of the required representation, Pride fair day counts towards 20% of the required representation. We also encourage the winner to volunteer for a local Puppy or leather club’s events, fundraiser or bar night, organising or presenting on pup/trainer topics at a kink/BDSM/leather educational event.
  • The winners are expected to partake in any photography as arranged by Q-PAH, for promotional materials, and any way that promotes the core values and objectives of the club.



The club can only issue 1 community recognition title per title period

Community Recognition Title – Handler 

Community Recognition Title – Puppy
